Africa is still known to be confronted with challenges in literacy, education and health keeping out those who matter most in their development. Such a prevailing environment makes it mandatory to take into consideration the impact of non-formal consultations and local cultural aspects when planning the sharing and transfer of information within local communities.

This leads COMENGIP to initiate a discussion campaign in partnership, assessing participatory processes, with a focus on the state of research and its shortcomings and limitations.
